Creating Installer using Media (CAB) and Failing to Install

I have created an installer based on source that is roughly 3.75GB in size. The first attempt to create the installer failed as I learned that a CAB can only be a maximum of 2GB. Two of my files are roughly 1.4GB and 1.6GB respectively. So under the Media tab I create CAB 2 and CAB3.

Here is the properites:

ID: 1
Disk name: Disk 1
Cabinet File: checked, Compression level: MSZIP, Cabinet filename: setup1.cab, Embed: checked

The same would be for 2 and 3, replacing where the 1 is with the 2 or 3.

Then on my two large files, I click on properties and change the Media Source to 2 and 3 respectively and then build.

I get a successful build, however when I attempt to use the installer is gives me the error 2755. I then change the setup of my CAB to not embed. And it produces a new installer with 3 CAB files. I install and it installs correctly.

I have tested creating multiple CAB with smaller files, embedding the CAB and installing with no error. So it leads me to believe that my files are too large to be embedded. Is this correct? Is there a way to use these large files and embed them into the installer?? Or am I out of luch :(
